Automated email cloaking generates a unique alias for each transaction. The seller's real email address is never visible to the buyer at any point. If Kayvo detects that a buyer has shared, resold, or redistributed an alias email address, the alias is immediately voided, the buyer's account receives a strike (three strikes results in a ban), and the seller receives full payment for that transaction regardless of read status. Kayvo monitors alias usage patterns to detect unauthorized distribution. Seller verification is a paid add-on during the beta period and does not exempt sellers from performance thresholds.

Take rate applies to the seller's share of each completed transaction after Stripe processing fees. The 90% lifetime rate is a limited time offer guaranteed for the first 1,000 seller accounts created during the beta period and is non-transferable. The standard take rate after the first 1,000 accounts is 80%. Kayvo retains the remaining percentage as a platform fee. Buyer refunds return 90% of the original purchase price; Kayvo retains 10% as a platform fee on all refunded transactions regardless of seller take rate. All rates and features subject to change with notice.
